A safer way back to yourself
You’re not broken. Your nervous system is overloaded.
You might recognize yourself in some of the following:
You feel constantly “on,” even when nothing urgent is happening.
You’ve tried schedules and routines, but they don’t stick.
You’re navigating burnout, chronic stress, or chronic illness.
You suspect you’re neurodivergent and masking has become exhausting.
You’re postpartum and trying to figure out who you are now.
You want to return to work but don’t feel ready in your body.
Aven is a space where you don’t have to prove anything. You get to arrive exactly as you are.

Check your extended health benefits.
Most clients use their extended health coverage to access occupational therapy services.
Every plan is different, and it’s not always clear what’s included, so if you’re unsure, you’re not alone.
Share your coverage details with us, and we’ll help you confirm whether OT services are eligible under your plan and what that means for your sessions.
